I would recomend that no one stays here! I had first been given a room that was not serviced in between customers so I had to get a new room.... then got the second room and there were no towels in the room and when called front desk there was no answer. The ice machine was very loud, and I could hear it even though I was on the other end of the building and the trash can as you come off the elevator was overflowing with trash like it had not been taken out for at least a day. I really hope that this location works on their appearance and hospitality.

We never stayed!! When we pulled in to check in the cops were there and arresting someone. Spoke with the officer and he advise not leave anything in vechicles.. Said property has improved some but again said to not leave anything in car. We felt very unsafe and decided to not Check in or stay.

The room looks clean but the bathtub was dirty. The bathtub had hair. The towels are very cheap. There is another hair in the night table. The bed cloth has a strange smell. Maybe the room was not clean for me or has long time ago without cleaning. It looks and smell as someone slept here before I came. The hallway has a strange smell as well. The room has refrigerator and microwave. The hotel has a good location, plenty parking and snacks machine. There is a pool that I will not use. Lucky me, I will stay only for one night.

The room had two very small towels, no washcloths or hand towels. We had to go down to the desk to ask for more. We only had one coffee pod and one coffee cup for two people. The staff was never at the desk, we had to yell back to get their attention. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows opened all the way but there were no screens. The lobby doors were always open and there were flies everywhere. The lobby, elevator, hallways smelled like marijuana. The bathroom was filthy. There was mold and mildew everywhere.

There was a very dirty lobby. Absolutely NO housekeeping service during my 3 day stay. Very poor lighting in room..only ONE elevator. Check in clerk was too busy chit chatting with a friend while barely acknowdging my presence,no please thank you or common courtesy. Poor location with truck backup noises & right by freeway with high speed roaring traffic. I am sorry to have booked 3 nights here

We asked for another towel and reluctantly it was given, told only 1 per room! Floor in room was coming apart! Dirty blanket, comforter was torn, pillow cases had stains! Never again! Nor will I ever recommend!!
