Excellent housekeeping, clean rooms. Good refrigerator and microwave, nice bathtub, lots of hot water staff at the front desk was very friendly.

I appreciate management friendliness and willingness to help. Rooms are clean and bedding is comfortable. The location is great it is in proximity of many sights and at the same time walkable

This has become our go-to place for our visits to a relative living in Santa Cruz. Good value for the money, our room had a kitchenette, and we like to bring our breakfast and eat in the room. With the kitchenette table we didn't have to eat on the bed. Even though it was a weekend, it was quiet and we slept well.
