"We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. We were escaping a bad rental experience in a neighboring city, and the modernity, comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this place were a welcome change. The kitchen is small but cozy and workable. Caretaker David was wonderful and highly responsive before checkin, at our arrival, and daily with his check-ins on WhatsApp. We greatly appreciated his service and availability. "Peaceful and relaxing. On edge of town in quiet neighborhood, next to lake. The proprietor Carlos speaks fluent English which was very helpful for a gringo on his first week in Mexico. The one potential downside, which I actually learned to see as a positive, is it takes 10-15 minutes over very slow bumpy cobblestone streets to reach the property. Take a kayak out on the lake!"
