"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. During the day, I was helped by the day shift staff like Sherilene. Prior to my arrival, Hazel helped me too and I like that upon arrival she introduced herself. My room attendant Roy kept my room clean and well stocked with water and coffee everyday. The breakfast staff were great too. The breakfast buffet has decent selection everyday. It is sufficient abd different everyday. One day, I had to leave early and they prepared a togo breakfast for me. That was sweet of the staff to offer. Overall my experience was excellent and I will stay here again if I am in the area. Great value for tte money. "

"The hotel is conveniently across the street from the bus station. It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bleu Resort in Calamba, Laguna. The staff were attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic. We’re already planning a return trip for my husband’s birthday in June with friends. However, we did encounter some issues upon check-in; we had to wait an hour due to a faucet repair, and the water initially ran brown in our room. Despite these setbacks, we still enjoyed our stay overall. It’s worth noting that we found a better deal on Expedia, saving 800 pesos even with the hotel’s promotional rate."

"Great view and location. Many street foods outside. Hotel is clean and our room is big, however they need big time renovations and upgrades.. should get more food choices for breakfast. They offered towel but old, guests should bring their own towels and toiletries. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. "
