What truly stood out, though, was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making my experience both relaxing and memorable. "The hotel has nice views, but the bathrooms need renovation. The shower is not working properly, and the hall bathroom needs renovation. The food there isn't that good, especially the steak. They don't have an iron in the room they charge you for ironing your clothes.the pool for me needs two more stairs holding."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the main receptionist we met during the day was very nice. The problem happened after we returned from exploring. The bathroom flooded due to very poor connections under the sink faucet. I understand that this was likely not something that could have been immediately fixed. The water was cut off, and we used our own towels to cover the wet floor. Unfortunately, no one offered to bring us replacement towels, and the night receptionist seemed more concerned about ending their shift than helping to remedy the situation. I did ask if another room was available, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand that limitations exist, some assistance or reassurance would have been appreciated rather than confusion and dismissive reactions."
