"C'est un bel hôtel, mais rien de spécial du côté des chambres. À refaire je trouverais quelque chose dans le quartier directement où l'ambiance médiévale est plus présente. Honnêtement tout est beau mais le coût ne vaut pas les quelques 100$ supplémentaires. Surtout que la climatisation a arrêté au milieu de la nuit et qu'il faisait très chaud. Lorsque j'ai reporté le tout on m'a dit que c'était ma faute et que j'ai dû enlevé la clée qui active les lumières et le reste (nous n'avons pas déplacé la clée tout le séjour). Les services sont tous des ajouts. Le spa et le parking pourrait tout aussi bien être inclu dans le montant affiché. Ça ne change pas grand chose, mais c'est dommage de devoir payer encore une fois qu'on arrive. Bref c'est beau et sur le bord de la plage mais toute la ville est sur le bord de la plage."

"Property was a nice walk to the local beach and restaurants. Pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. Close to shops which is ideal and plenty of free parking around outside. Staff were all polite and helpful when required."

"In order to leave a review I had to give it an underserving one star ⭐ The staff were rude and spoke to myself and my husband with utter disrespect as if we were little kids! The room we were given was dirty and had nowhere to put anything. We had as a 'wet room' so everything got soaked...such a poorly designed property. The location was tucked in the thick of everything so the noise was constant. The breakfast was cold, there wasn't a kettle in the room therefore anything additional was of an extra cost. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't have a 'hot water' option. One night we entered full of laughter but still considerate of other guests aytge security guard hollered at us making even more noise and waking other guests. Do not waste your money booking that hotel there are many more better quality ones in close proximity where I'm sure you'll be treated like the human you are...oh but as black people we witnessed utter crap behaviour from other guests and they got a pass so of course we're going to presume racism!"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean rooms cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed , seaview rooms look out to a lovely beach area , the pool area was always peaceful very low percentage are British so possibly why , breakfast choice was reasonable , we had one evening meal which was very good value.Great choice Hotel and Tossa de mar is a great place to holiday ."
