"The staff on reception were very helpful, friendly and spoke many languages. The cleaners were also pleasant and kept the room immaculate. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the station and a similar distance to the old town. A fridge or kettle would have been nice and there isn't much space to hang clothing but I really can't complain for the price. There is a cheap coffee machine and vending machine in the lobby and a supermercado across the road. If you want somewhere to sleep and maybe have a little rest while exploring the area, this is a great hotel. We upgraded to the 3 person room, even though there were only 2 of us, for the queen sized bed."

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
