"Let me start by saying how completely and utterly accommodating the staff is at this hotel. We traveled with 9 bags, and they were so helpful letting us store them for an extended period of time whilst we explored the city before a proper check in. The food at Olive’s Bistro was delicious, and the friendly bartender made us some delicious cocktails to take up to our room. Speaking of the room, it was so spacious and so clean! Easily the best shower I’ve ever taken, and I didn’t want to leave that bed. We also utilized their free shuttle which was prompt and convenient. The only flaw was that we only stayed one night!! "From the outside, I was a little concerned but very well kept, clean, and modern inside. Pool was very clean, gym, and gated parking. Front desk staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Clean room, comfy bed, and very close to down town Burbank, which is very happening place on a Saturday. "

"We loved this stay. Convenient to all attractions and Burbank airport. Only con to this property was the pool size, there was very little supervision at the pool area (on the parents there and the staff) the pool was often over crowded and not suitable for smaller children due to all the rough housing and kids jumping in. "

"This was a nice clean room to stay in. It’s a minimalist hotel room. Bath tub is huge. But if you have problems with your legs getting in and out would be difficult. The staff is wonderful. And all day. Water and coffee and tea is available. "
