"The room we stayed at seemed old. The bed was uncomfortable and we could not locate the switches to turn off the lights so we ended disconnecting the lamps."

"Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we experienced during our stay last night. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach found inside the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and disappointing.  I was not happy with the situation, especially considering we expected the room to be clean and properly maintained. I understand that issues can happen, but I felt it was important to notify management so the matter can be addressed appropriately. "The good: large rooms, clean, daily cleaning by their staff (I haven't seen that anywhere since the pandemic). The medium: no carpeting. The bad: breakfast (sweet roll and instant oatmeal, no protein, no milk, no juice), facial tissues are super-thin and cheap. Bottom line: Mama says we won't be back."
