"AMAZING place! Cute, peaceful, with beautiful flowers and plant trellises all over. It gives an English cottage vibe. My Fiance and I LOVED our time here. But my favorite part is how much you get for your money. When we checked in they let us know there was a complimentary champagne bottle in our room, complimentary breakfast served 7am-10am and free bike and DVD rentals upon request! It feels like you can actually go on vacation and just just relax and have fun and enjoy the hotel and space and area and the staff are so nice and helpful! I don't think I've ever been at a hotel where it didn't feel like I was price gouged, but also the place was out of a storybook, the area is RIGHT by downtown AND the beach, and so much comes with your room. This was truly my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second stay at La Playa Inn. Staff were super helpful and attentive, which we appreciated. For both stays we booked a deluxe king room; the room was located in a quiet area, was clean, spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The La Playa Inn has become our preferred hotel when we are in the area. "

"Check in was very quick and nice. Person at check in was very helpful in telling us about restaurants nearby. We stayed on the ground floor w/an ocean view. Room was very nice. Didn't notice any noise outside in the hall even though our room was in front of the elevators. The restaurant, Convivo, was good also. The staff at the bar was super friendly and service was excellent. "
