The hotel was very clean and has nice facilities. It is located very close to the main plaza downtown but it was quiet at night. Close to restaurants and shoppiing. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Best kept secret in Ataco

Excellent little hotel, staff was courteous and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay excellent. Ever (owner) helped us giving a lot of information and thanks to him we met a lot of great people that will help our business, also with the time he saved us we were able to spent the last days of our business trip not working, instead we had fun at the beach!

Overall we loved the property, entire staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were small but accommodating. Rooms had a funny smell, but I think it’s due to the humidity, it’s bearable. I didn’t have hot water one of the mornings which I think my soul left my body, but I managed and survived, lol! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had steps, but the staff carried all of our luggage for the three of us in our 60's and 70's. The rooftop was a wonderful gathering place. Ataco is a small village. From our hotel we could easily walk to any place in the village.

The level of service is of such a high quality, for a cute small tourist town. Friendly, sophisticated & accommodating. You must try the food. Strong European flare. The owners of this property are amazing.

This is a charming hotel in the perfect location for exploring this pretty town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The covered roof terrace is a bonus and offers fabulous views of the town. A good selection of breakfast options are available. Communication with the hotel before I arrived and throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Monica kindly arranged my coffee tour for Finca El Carmen, which I would also recommend. The Fleur de Lis is a place I would happily go back to.
