"We had a great stay from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze and staff at the front desk were very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean and had cold AC, which was amazing on this hot weekend. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool or pool bar as our visit was pretty short but we would love to on our next trip. The pool area looked welcoming and well-maintained though. To and from hotel is walkable to the Disney parks which was the purpose of our trip. We would be happy to stay at Hotel Lulu in the future."

"This was our first time staying here, and overall we had a good experience. Our kids absolutely loved the hotel, especially its castle-like theme and the game room. The property was clean and well-maintained, although it does feel a bit outdated throughout the rooms and hallways. Our room was clean for the most part, except for the area around and underneath the TV, which could have used more attention. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could also benefit from some updates. The bathrooms seemed to lack some of the basic amenities and level of cleanliness that guests expect while on vacation. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique atmosphere the hotel offers. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view of the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel and its shuttle to the parks. It was such a fun bonus and made the experience even more memorable. Despite a few areas that could use improvement, we enjoyed our stay and would probably choose to stay here again."

"This place was absolutely gorgeous and provided so much for us to do during our down time while visiting. With the location too, downtown was not a long walk (or scooter) away, saving money on rentals/ubers. Housekeeping also came in each day to exchange towels and clean up the room. The only downside was that we booked this hotel since it populated as ‘breakfast included’, and they served a breakfast menu, but you had to pay for it. It was easier for us to go grab a bite elsewhere for larger portions. Other than that, the staff and stay were absolutely amazing."
