"The Staff was wonderful especially Irene. The breakfast was way better than expected. The coffee was very good and so were the pancakes. The room was roomy with a comfortable bed. My husband and I both enjoyed how much water pressure the shower had. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend them. "

"The first morning we were there our coffee pot did not work. Had to be replaced. Old property, but clean. Was only given 1 wash cloth although there were 2 of us. Had to go to front office to replenish coffee."

"The drive to Hyatt Tamaya Resort is absolutely beautiful and sets the tone for the entire stay. The scenery is peaceful and relaxing, and along the way you pass a gorgeous golf course and horses, which makes the whole experience feel unique and almost secluded from the city in the best possible way. The resort itself is massive, stunning, and incredibly well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere feel even more relaxing. Our room was definitely a bit of a trek to get to — we absolutely got our steps in — but once we arrived, it was completely worth it. The view was epic. The room itself was spacious with two beds, plenty of room to move around comfortably, and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The room felt bright and inviting during the day, while the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in and fully relax. The shower was one of the highlights. Great water pressure, endless hot water, and overall just a really nice setup. There was also plenty of lighting, enough towels, and extra bedding readily available, which made the stay feel thoughtful and comfortable. Overall, this resort felt relaxing, scenic, and luxurious without feeling overwhelming. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The staff here are so nice and helpful. The food at the bistro is always great, nice bar, nice courtyard to sit outside and eat/drink/chat. Rooms are spacious. Convenient to everything - but not too much highway noise!"

"Nice clean place... tv wasn't working, the cable was messed up, which was crap, especially being we were in the presidential suite for 3 nights. So make sure you check everything when u walk in asap, not late at nite."

"Staff was helpful. Location felt very safe. Appeared to be a good area. Well lit at night. Breakfast was great. Potatoes/hash browns were amazing. Hotel inside and out and Room itself was very clean. Hotel had a scent of a new hotel when you walked in. Filtered water refill station for hydro refill in fitness center. Helped to book room again 2 days later for a family member who was also passing through. Overall great experience."

"I used to stay at this location a lot in years past and always had a good stay. So I was disappointed to see this location so run down and dirty. The parking lot had trash strewn all around. Once we got to our room, noticed it was not clean, and I had to go ask for clean sheets and blankets because the bed was full of hairs. While I understand Albuquerque was busy with a lot of events, especially hotels should strive to make a decent stay for out of towners. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Breakfast didn’t have much to offer either."
