"The lobby, breakfast area and our room were all spotless, comfortable and stylishly decorated. The location is very walkable to the train station and all the attractions in Florence. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would absolutely stay again."

"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine.
Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing.
Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good!
The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice ."

Its location is convenient for all sightseeing, the option of the cafe at the front of the hotel is a real bonus, great for breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean with free water every day without doubt a fantastic hotel and staff. Thank you"
