"This is an excellent option when wanting to be located in the heart of walkable Verona. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice although we could not figure out how to turn on the heat or the AC. The pillows and mattresses are standard Italian fare meaning barely comfortable but not back breaking. Breakfast buffet is a must with excellent options and lovely way to start your day. There are cafes and even a large Starbucks nearby but this is convenient and good. It would be nice to have at least one news channel in english given the international clientele. And there is no meal service available in rooms despite what they say. We called room service and they seemed confused and told us everything is frozen and they just reheat…."

"The room we had was lovely and clean. Sometimes we could hear noise from other guests coming up the stairs but that was ok for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They booked our taxi for us to get back to the airport. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and easy to get around."
