"Ok for a hostel. The bed was creaky. Last minute changes due to water blockade etc. Check in was confusing as they didn't check which booking was cancelled. They were overbooked. It all got sorted out, thanks to hostess Sara who was more empathetic than the guy who just said I can't help at 8:30 pm to a woman in a new city. Sara was a great hostess "

"I cannot recommend enough to stay outside of Sorrento and in Sant’agnello. This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet residential area that is minutes walk from the train station (Circumvesuviana line. Get off at Sant’agnello), beaches and restaurants hidden in lemon groves. The staff is super nice and attentive. We would walk down every evening and order drinks from the bar and sit out on our balcony or the hotel’s patio. My cheap phone charger adapter stopped working and the hotel staff lent me one without pause. Bathroom has a rainfall shower head and incredibly hot water (you can make it colder if needed). You will not run out of hot water!!! The bed is firm but comfortable. You can take the local bus line into Sorrento (10 minute ride for a euro or two) or walk the mile and some change through very safe streets. In Sorrento I recommend you purchase ferry tickets to Positano, Capri or Amafi. The ride is beautiful and for a few euros you can buy a beer to enjoy on the way. All the beaches cost money, expect to pay up to 30 euros for access, a chair, and umbrella. We went to Spiaggia La Marinella which was very nice and not super crowded. We had an amazing meal inside of a lemon Grove at Bella Ida and another great meal at Ristorante Moonlight. Both are a few minutes walk away from this hotel."
