"Lovely clean well appointed rooms, with comfy beds and friendly staff. Hotel well situated just across from diagonal mar shopping centre with plenty of food options and an 5 minute walk to the beach. The the El Maresme stop on the L4 metro line which takes you straight into central Barcelona within about 15 minutes is an easy 5 minute walk away. Breakfast nice but on the pricier side if not included. It needs to be a bit clearer that the hotel pool is seasonal and may be closed when visiting in spring. Overall a very enjoyable stay. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful so can’t fault them However I’m disappointed with the hotel not providing any amenities considering that they rate themselves a 4 star hotel. In a 4 star hotel I would expect dressing gowns/bath robes, slippers and free daily bottles of water. There is no lock for the bathroom door which was appalling and the bathroom door and wall was made of black glass - you could see the shadows and body shape of the person in the bathroom. Hand towels are small Toilet paper made of literally paper - not soft at all and only 1 ply We stayed in a triple room - one of the beds was weak, moved easily and mattress was awfully soft, when i slept on it you could see me sinking almost onto the floor, the bed was very uncomfortable comparing to the other two beds. If I paid the same price as the other two beds then I should get the same bed as them. Very noisy at night at ridiculous hours as we were put at the back of the building. Children playing and screaming. Also other customers staying at the hotel would talk loud and shout in the corridor in the night. Also location is far from everything and is in a rough area We had to get 2 metros or 2 buses daily to get to the attractions. 10 min walk to the metro station, 2 metros with a lot of walking in between, walking all day to see attractions, find a place to eat etc, and 2 metros back then 10 min walk to the hotel was extremely tiring"

"This hotel is about 9 minutes away from the tourist areas but if you want to experience some of the beach life of Barcelona as we did, while still being close to all the great tourists spots this hotel is excellent! It’s modern, clean, great serviceability, great restaurant within the hotel. Beautiful side views of the ocean. The staff is excellent! "
