"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel however depending what you want from your holiday this hotel is not for everyone. The good points to begin with ; the hotel is about 20 min journey from the airport and taxis very easy to find and is the cleanest place I have ever been . The hotel is spotless inside and out 10/10 , staff are all friendly, helpful and polite . Food is good , we were half board . Snack bar ample for lunch if you need it . There is all also an all inclusive option . We paid an extra €6 per person each evening (€3 for children) to include all of our drinks with our evening meal which was well worth it , it worked out much cheaper than paying individually for wine/ beer/soft drinks. Water is provided free. Rooms fantastic , everything you need, beds very comfy . We paid extra for pool view/sea view which was lovely with views across the village . If this isn’t in your budget then don’t worry as the other rooms over look the car park or street view with no noise or no unsightly views at all. Outside the pool area is large with lots of seating and sun beds. Great shallow pool also for young children and there is a small park literally across the road. Gym access 24hrs a day again very clean with variety of equipment. The sports bar wasn’t open so can’t comment but compared to the rest of the hotel I would imagine it to be fine. Day time activities available, the staff try hard to get people involved . "

"Pretty decent Hotel, clean everywhere and friendly staff. Nice pool area and sunbeds all well kept with plenty of umbrellas. Food plenty of choice and as quality as you’d except from an all inclusive buffet. Drinks too syrupy. Room had air conditioning but not switched on so like an oven. Asked for a fan and staff were helpful However we had to build it as it was brand new. Shower cubicle a little small. Good it had fridge but no milk given and tea and coffee sachets not refilled. Decent location but need a car really."

"The kitchen was well equipated with enought tools The air conditioning was perfect and very silent. The only problem was that the shower had not enough hot water since we travelled in early April and the weather was not templated"

"spotless upstairs apartment with a great balcony to both sides of the property. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a fab shower, again spotless Very peaceful with great amenities. Staff were lovely and the reception area looked and smelt beautiful"

"Si pudiera darle un 15/10 de valoracion, lo haria. Absolutamente encantados con nuestra experiencia. He de destacar al increible grupo de profesionales en todos los ambitos: destacar en recepcion a Jacobo, Judith, Javi... Una mencion ESPECIALISIMA, al maravilloso equipo en cocina y camareros: Ruben, Ana, Josefina, Salud... (me encantaria nombrarlos a todos, porque lo merecen, pero no recuerdo tantos nombres!). Por favor, al equipo Barcelo: sigan cuidando al maravilloso staff, marcan la diferencia. Sobre todo cuidenlos porque tenemos claro que queremos volver el proximo año! Muchisisisisimas gracias por todo a todos!!!!"

"Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team. "
