"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "We traveled from USA and were impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The food was delicious with plenty of variety and drinks were excellent- there was always something to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive, overall it was a great vacation in Iberostar Albufera Playa, I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"The stay was fantastic!!! First off the staff is truly incredible. They go above and beyond for the guests and make you feel right at home. Service was 10/10. We were impressed with the quality of the food at the hotel and options for breakfast and dinner. We did not have high expectations for the half board / buffet style but it was probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Each night offered new cuisines and delicacies. I give it a 8/10 for the dinner buffet and 9/10 for the breakfast. Solely because for breakfast I was expecting like a continental style but they had everything imaginable. Really great. The hotel, rooms, and pools are immaculately maintained. The beach club and surrounding Cala water is truly breathtaking. I’ve never seen water that blue before, and the access point via the stairs is clutch. Cool spots to jump into the water beside it as well ranging from 2-10ft. I’d say my only suggestion would be to offer water to guests at dinner. I regularity bought bottles of wine but felt like water should be provided. Especially when it’s provided at breakfast, you know? That’s truly my only negative feedback. Overall, we had an amazing time and will be back!!"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being so close to the beach, and the pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Our room was a good size and had a nice view overlooking the pool, which was a bonus. The hotel is about an hour from Palma Airport, so it’s worth keeping the transfer time in mind. The food could definitely use an upgrade, and the amenities were somewhat limited. If you’re planning to explore the surrounding area, I would recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting out and about much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, lovely pool, and comfortable rooms."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"
