"Definitely No need to stay on the property. Your stay does NOT get you much. You still have to pay for the tennis courts. You get one hour free per day, even though the majority of the courts are empty. We signed up for the clinics, which are called lessons on Expedia. They are not lessons and they are clinics with all levels in one group. The staff doesn't know much though they claim to. Once you actually have a question, there are no answers. The check in tells you what is on property but...

"The hotel is very family friendly and all the people were very nice and helpful. It is close to the beach, with calm sea what is again good for families with children. The room we were located was not close to the places were night events were happening, what makes it quiet and good for kids."

"We loved the hotel, quiet, clean and nice. However our room did have a strong smell which I would wake up to which I think came from the bathroom but I think this was probably an issue with all the rooms around that area."

"Great hotel, great staff. The entertainment team were great too. The views from the hotel front are incredible. Our room was nice and clean. The all inclusive was very good, and premium drinks included. Only one negative, probably too many mosquitos but this cant be controlled. Maybe because it is next to a nature reserve."
