What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel. "Everything was above the expectations of what I expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help get transportation to a restaurant in port pollencea for a special occasion. You could tell rooms were recently redone and the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was extraordinary and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Want to bring the whole family there next year to share the experience"

Also features great in-house amenities- numerous pools, including an indoor one; activity court - for tennis, basketball, etc. ; spa; restaurants; musical entertainment; kids club, etc. The only negative are the rooms - low quality mattress, bedding, towels, bathroom set up (see thru doors!)."

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."
