This was my third time staying here because I really love the location and the convenience of the all-inclusive option. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, as always. Unfortunately, the air conditioning barely worked, which made the room pretty uncomfortable. I was also surprised that the shower had hand soap instead of actual body wash. I enjoy staying here and would come back, but I do think the room amenities and AC could use some attention.

My room was clean and spacious. I had a lovely view of the beach and sunrise. The air conditioning was powerful and lovely. Bar staff were friendly during the day when I lounged by the pool. Its location is walking-distance from Ushuaia and Hi. It's very close to many restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is fine, and the location is great if you are wanting to go to the clubs, etc., but don’t expect to get good value for your money. For how expensive it was, I expected better. The staff were not friendly, our room was old and dingy, the beds were not comfortable. The positive is the AC worked well in the room, and it’s right on a beautiful beach that’s great for swimming.

The only good thing about this place is it’s location next to the clubs (Hi and Ushuaiea). It’s located in a rural area, so you have to walk about 10 mins to the main strip of restaurants and clubs. It was quite dark we had to use our phone flashlights at night. The hotel itself isn’t anything special. Our room was spacious but the bed was horrible, basically a cot with springs you could feel in your back. The worst part about the room was how thin the walls were, you could hear everything all night long. Also the doors have a weird locking system so you hear people slamming doors all hours of the day and night. It was not a restful stay what so ever. The free breakfast buffet was decent, had a lot of options for everyone. The pool area was nice, but get ready to pay 15 euros to RENT a towel, your better off buying one at the market near by.

The first room we got was building 1, farthest away from lobby. The wifi never reached there. Upon our arrival it smelled like mildew, they was a hair in tub and on the bed, and you couldn’t walk on floor with out feet being covered. All seemed to indicate room wasn’t cleaned prior (it was 6:30 pm at this point). They weren’t able to switch us to another room that night, however, after connecting with the manager the next morning, she was helpful and gave us a different room but won’t be ready until 3pm. So we had to pack everything up but once we got new room, building 3, closest to lobby, it was way better, clean, mildew smell was gone. No more issues with wifi. Also gave us complimentary Bali Beds for one of the days. Food options (if you get the all inclusive) at buffet were pretty decent too.

Great stay!

Nice hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet, pool, and right on the beach. Walking distance to lots of night life (Hi'Ibiza) and restaurants. You can ride a bike down to ibiza town and the castle. Very strict on check out times, but reasonably so. Great place to stay!

This hotel is a great location close to the airport for a short break and the main clubs which was what we were after. Being August, the sunbed shortage we read about was an issue but we just went to the beach. Staff were friendly and the food was lovely. I would stop here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fergus, great location handy for the airport and local clubs, nice view of the beach and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and drinks from the pool bars were nice and not too expensive. Good pool with plenty of sunloungers, good vibes and music to relax around the pool during the day. Would recommend!

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary.
