Good apartment in a great central location in Ibiza close to party district. There were a few issues with the apartment, the bedroom door didn’t close and the flush did not work properly, the handy man came a day later to fix it. The WiFi also didn’t work for a couple of days. All in all, for Ibiza it’s good value for money, considering the location.

My family booked two rooms. Both had the furniture arranged so the couch-bed was already set up. One room did not have any blankets, only sheets. The other room had two thin blankets bagged up in the closet. The staff was receptive to requests for extra towels and blankets. Due to reading previous review, I was prepared for the noise, and they were not wrong. Hotel guests were screaming and carrying on at all hours. At one point the people in the room above us were spraying champagne over the balcony and down on to our room and the street below. Dont come here if you are expecting a good night sleep. Come because it is conveniently located and the last place with availability. Only real complaint is the clogged sewage smell that filled one of our room intermittently throughout our stay.

Great place to stay

Nice hotel, perfect location. Staff nice and helpful. Clean apartment. Pool area nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. We had a problem with one of the AC units in our room, which was leaking, it was inspected immediately and we were given a decent fan as a replacement until it was repaired the following day.

Great location and friendly/helpful staff. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and the superclubs. Rooms are clean, but can tell the building is older and has a bit of a musty smell. The rooms are also definitely not soundproof.

The sower did not work well, as the water was or burning or freezing, and there were a couple of ligths that did not work. For that reaseon the ilumination to cook in the kitchen was very poor and cooking at night was very difficult. Anyways we did like the place.

Pros: The property is close to the beaches and walking distance to the major beach clubs. Cons: The property, including the surrounding area is a bit run down. Given we booked four rooms, they kept all our rooms in the older of the two properties. We had mutiple issues including later than the 3pm check in, bathroom leaks and toilet issues. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures and the third bed was just a sofa bed. Suggestion: Might make sense to book further into the island where the area is nicer and taxi it to the clubs instead.

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro a 7/8 min a piedi dall’ Ushuaïa e/o Hi Appartamento completo di tutti i comfort, dall’aria condizionata agli essenziali, che vengono cambiati ogni giorno con annessa pulizia delle camere. Posizione ottima . Troppi ragazzini che fanno casino a tutte le ore della notte. Le pulizie anche se giornaliere? Superficiali ( sotto il letto a divano c’era uno schifo assurdo comprese sigarette e bottiglia li’ da chissà quando). Receptionist molto carine e cordiali.
