Hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures online don’t do it justice. Our room had a balcony that had an amazing view and was super spacious. This is a newer hotel so some things may be missing but give them a chance to sort things out. A recommendation I’d have is adding another trash bin in the room and basics like a blow dryer. These things did not have any effect on my stay, being that you can literally message them to either come clean your room or drop things off like a blow dryer or a steamer. I loved my stay here! I was able to hang out by the pool, swim in the beach they have and drink at Dante’s. Raul and Martin at Dante’s were the best!! We also tried the omakase which was insane! The chef was super friendly and outgoing as well. The only negative is that I couldn’t stay more!! Hope to visit in the future, can’t wait to see this place grow!

We booked Nomade Temple Ibiza expecting the five-star luxury experience that was advertised, but unfortunately it fell well short. Firstly, the staff were excellent throughout our stay. Jessica, the restaurant manager, and Juan Manuel by the pool were both outstanding and did everything they could to help. Our disappointment is with management, not the team on the ground. Several key facilities that influenced our booking weren’t available, including the spa and gym. Had we known this before travelling, we would have stayed elsewhere. The air conditioning couldn’t be set below 21°C, making it difficult to sleep in the Ibiza heat. Only one restaurant was open with a very limited menu, breakfast lacked variety, and we were even served raw burgers on more than one occasion. Our room also didn’t match the advertised amenities, the in-room tablet contained inaccurate information, and a stargazing activity we booked never took place despite us arriving early and waiting. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. We weren’t told before arrival that major facilities would be unavailable or that dining options would be so limited. This meant we regularly had to leave the hotel to eat elsewhere instead of enjoying the relaxing holiday we’d booked. We contacted the hotel directly to resolve these concerns before leaving a public review but have received no acknowledgement or response.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel with a lovely cove beach and crystal blue water. Pool also great size. Staff lovely and really helpful When we visited they had only been open a few weeks so there were small things that weren’t up to scratch but we didn’t judge too much. Having said that, it was 1,000 euro a night so perhaps we are being too polite as maybe the rate should have been slightly reduced as they were doing work all over the resort with drills etc. The room AC isnt the best and the room with sun deck was a little dark. Bathrooms have no natural light so couldnt do make up in there. In our fridge were two random yoghurts and they ended up rotting and we couldnt work out what smell was until we found them. Also no bell on outside of the door so room cleaning couldnt notify they were coming in nor could you notify if you didnt need or want housekeeping. I came out shower one morning and jumped because cleaner was trying to get in.

I’ve stayed at the Nomade hotel in Tulum many times before and was very disappointed with my experience at the Ibiza location. It is in a quiet/ scenic area but very far from the main towns. Getting an uber is close to impossible or highly overpriced. They were kind enough to store our luggage in the morning. Gabby and the staff was super lovely and gave us a brief tour of the property leading up to our room. We booked a junior suite and entered our room shortly after our boat day in formentera. The shower was not draining and slowly flooded the bathroom area. Once maintenance arrived, the room smelled of sewage and the problem couldn’t be fixed. The concierge team provided an alternative room. A basic twin bed room to sleep in on the 3rd floor which wouldn’t have fit my guest and I. As it was 3am at that point and the other guest had flights the following morning, we decided to keep our luggage in the original room. The next morning, we found black and red ants throughout the king bed and floor. No doors were opened as we were concerned about the Air conditioning not working. Also no food was consumed in our during the stay. The guest experience team could only provide a late checkout in the twin bed room as compensation for our experience.

It will be a great hotel next year but at the moment it's a very expensive building site. Things don't work, things are not installed. Instead of relaxing time by the pool, there is drilling and digging. Staff are doing the best they can to accommodate but it was still very hard to call this holiday "relaxing".
