"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. Our host Cindy was very helpful and was literally a phone call away. She was always reachable and ready to help. "This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "This was our first family trip to Spain and our family loved the resort. The resort provided all the amenities our family needed, we felt taking care well. It’s so close (walking distance like a five minute walk) to their local three floor shopping mall with a lot more restaurants options. We felt safe and welcoming at the resort. I thank the front desk staff for all their advice (of where to visit locally) and calling us up a taxi and all their assistance. We will definitely comeback again and highly recommend this resort for your family. "

"Very nice hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel was a bit further out from town but trams were easy to get to. The facilities were amazing however the only downfalls were that the spa wasn’t yet open and they didn’t have enough sunbeds so we couldnt get one in the afternoon. We had dinner at the Lora restaurant which was phenomenal!"
