"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. It is located right in front of a bus stop that makes getting to and from the train station quiet easily.
