I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "The room was really clean. I really enjoyed their shower and water. Pressure was amazing. It was my first night in Italy and as an American it was hard for me to adjust to the time change. I ended up staying up until 5am and then I overslept. Checkout is 11 AM. They were very accommodating and let me have an extra hour so I could get ready for the day."
