Nice luxury hotel in Urfa, very near to Havas bus stop. Not very near to historical center but it is easy to get there by foot in 30 min or by several buses. Breakfast is nice and varied. Reception desk should smile a bit more..

What a fantastic week my family and I had here. The staff were really friendly and available whenever we needed them. A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 10 out of 10! Everyone is very friendly, from the staff to the managers, service personnel, and all the hotel employees. The rooms are well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting attractions like Balıklıgöl and the city center. The hotel’s restaurant also has a luxurious ambiance and serves incredibly delicious food. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back. See you soon! Ouch. Overall, poorly maintained and fast talking front desk staff that are slapdash and not thorough or thoughtful. Grest breakfast. Nice swimming pool but plastic liner is disintegrating. Details: Tv did not turn on, required room service to open electrical breaker box in room. Hurried talking front desk. Bus loads of tourists. It's also a wedding venue No battery in safe and front desk giving us lessons how to use safe I stead of taking our word that it lacked power. . wire exposed on hair dryer fixed not fixed. Return to room in evening neither room key worked; front desk said it's due to contact with mobile phone. But it was in an RFD pack. Key reset and same thing happened next night. Obsolete. Turns out someone maybe cleaners had left a key card inserted inside the room possibly cleaning staff Sink stopper didn't work Both bedside reading lights did not work and couldn't be repaired. Toilet brush handle broken Cigarette burns on carpet King size bed has queen size duvet that barely fits. Tired curtains and carpet with cigarette burns
