"Everything was great. We like the decor and design, and the staff upgraded our room upon check-in. Staff was also helpful and friendly. The only issue encountered was that we were unable to watch the movies and dramas on their vod app because their system was undergoing some update which we were told affected all guests when we enquired during late night. As we checked out the next day, we were unsure when it got resolved. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view, making it a great space to relax in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the club lounge access was a great added perk. The location is also fantastic — there’s direct access to the mall, and it’s just a short walk to Wangfujing, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return!"
