"The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). "NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed. I stayed in room on the 2nd floor, courtyard-facing, with no balcony. The window was less than a meter from another room’s balcony, so conversations could be heard quite easily. With no AC, many guests understandably kept their doors and windows open, which also meant more noise from surrounding rooms. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind, particularly during hot weather. On the positive side, check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the coffee machine with several pods, as well as the tea and water boiler. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the city center and restaurants. I also noticed a laundry room, although I didn’t use it. Overall, there were many things I enjoyed about the stay, especially the cleanliness, comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, and fantastic location. The only downside was the lack of AC during a very hot stay, which also contributed to the noise."
