"Wirklich super Unterkunft! Süß Eingerichtet, tolle blicke auf die Berge - daher sehr empfehlenswert ein Apartment mit Balkon anzumieten ;) Schnelle Rückmeldungen und tolle Gastgeber! "Indicazioni chiare e automatiche. Si vede una organizzazione ben strutturata, ma impersonale e piena di regole. Il frigorifero era staccato, e poi il check-in era alle 16.00 e il check-out alle 9.00. Mai visti orari così a comodità di chi ospita. Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas. "

"Amazing family friendly property in the heart of gorgeous Alps. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped, staff was very friendly and the dining was amazing. There are countless hiking / family activity options in a close proximity. We definitely want to come back again perhaps in the winter to enjoy skiing. Wholeheartedly recommended!"

"The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"Stay was amaizing, welcoming was very professional and nice, Mrs Diana was very helpful to my wife and me. She explained everything we asked and gave us informstion we needed. We have really nice expierence with hotell staff. Hope next time we stay longer. "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
