"Easy to make reservation, easy check-in, friendly front desk staff. Hotel is clean, room was in excellent condition, breakfast buffet offered many choices. Very convenient location steps from train station. Ten to twelve minute walk to many historical tourist attractions with multiple restaurant choices.

"Good, quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the main town.
We stayed in the Boutique hotel, which is one of the three hotels they own, next to each other.
Rooms were very clean and serviced every day."
"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for.
The cleanliness stood out immediately. Every space, from the rooms to the dining areas, was spotless and beautifully maintained. It created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax.
The staff were exceptional. Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made the entire experience feel personal without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality added something special to the stay.
The food was outstanding. Dinner was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and breakfast was just as impressive, with fresh, high-quality options that made for a perfect start to the day. Each meal felt intentional and well-crafted.
And then there are the views. Whether looking out from the window in the early morning light or watching the sunset settle over the surrounding landscape, the setting is simply beautiful. It is peaceful, scenic, and deeply restorative.
This is a place I would return to without hesitation, and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a truly memorable experience."
"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early.
The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "
"Great budget hotel with everything you need - maybe one great addition would be a kettle in the room.
The tram link (tram number 3) to the centre of city was just outside the hotel .
Maybe one improvement would be the check-in after 10pm for people who had already booked online . Would have better if you could of given guest data at the online booking stage instead of the small screen entrance hall.
