September 2016 Schiestlhaus, Hochschwab, Styria, Austria Early sunset view northwest from Schiestlhaus hut (alt. 2.157 meters) in the middle of Hochschwab mountain range. The mist marks the valley of river Salza some 1.500 meters below. There are basically no lifts in the Hochschwab, so you can enjoy it in its natural state. In September the weather is quite stable and only few tourists which get such rewarding views for the pain of hiking it by own feet.
