"My recent stay at Scandic was marked by consistently high service quality across all touchpoints.
The front desk team delivered an super welcome experience: efficient check-in, proactive guidance, and a warm, solution-oriented attitude that set the tone for the stay - british lady - lovely.
The bar personnel added a genuinely personal layer to the experience.
Their product knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged guests to stay longer.
Service was prompt for the hole group, without feeling rushed, and the team struck a strong balance between casual hospitality and operational discipline.
The relax area was another highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for downtime, it provided a quiet counterweight to a busy workday.
The surrounding area of Copenhagen further enhances the experience.
With easy access to public transport, cafés, canals, and the vibrant urban energy, the hotel sits in an ideal location for both business and leisure.
One group member praised the walking to nearby cultural spots or catching a quick train connection, the combination of convenience and atmosphere supports a seamless stay.
Overall, Scandic demonstrated a strong standard of Nordic hospitality: reliable, attentive, and grounded in practica"
"Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Nice slippers and water bottles to keep as a souvenir. In a nice quiet area but avoid Copenhagen over new year. Their fireworks start at 8am on the day and finish at 6am New Year’s Day. A bit of a rave opposite the hotel till 530 in the morning but otherwise an amazing stay."
"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "
"Loved everything about this hotel! Great price, fantastic location and lovely staff! Only thing would be to allow adding breakfast to the booking as currently you can only buy when there. We did not buy it as it was super overpriced (~$60 AUD per person per day). If they changed this option and made it more affordable this hotel would be a 10/10! "
