"家族旅行で宿泊先を選ぶ際に、1棟丸ごと使わせてもらえるというとても魅力的な内容なのに料金がすごく良心的な上、清潔感があり洗練された雰囲気もあったので予約させていただきました。実際に宿泊してみて、街の中心地で立地良し、寝室とリビングが階で分かれていて動線的に過ごしやすい間取り、タオルが1人３種類もあり、ヘアアイロンまで用意されているなどアメニティグッズが豊富、お風呂も給湯器付きでシャワーヘッドが切り替えができるタイプのもので、バスタブも大きめ、寝室にはフロアーライトがあり、消灯後の移動に便利。階段にはセンサーライトがあり階段昇降時に便利。お布団がセッティングしてあり、ありがたかったです。キッチンには電子レンジ、食器、コーヒー用の瞬間湯沸かし器、分別ゴミ箱の設置、多種機種対応充電プラグ、本、ホットカーペット、トイレも広く清潔。全てが素晴らしく快適に過ごせました。もう一泊したいくらいでした。事前の連絡もスムーズで返信も早く暗証番号式施錠なので安心して宿泊できました。今後新潟に行く機会があったら是非また宿泊したいです。 "

"残念だったのが、Outlet（コンセント）が少なすぎた事です。ベッドの両側のスタンドにはそれぞれ最低２つのコンセントが完備されているべきです。’ あと机の上にも最低二つのコンセントがあるべきです。私は今回一人旅でしたのでなんとかなりましたが、二人で部屋を使う人には誠に不自由だと思います。"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Dormy Inn Niigata. After so many years of staying at Dormy Inn hotels, they have never disappointed us. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were compact but well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary hot spring bath and free supper at night, which made the experience feel extra welcoming after a long day out. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including toiletries and comfortable sleepwear. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely continue staying with Dormy Inn whenever we travel to Japan."

"Beautiful and comfortable hotel with stunning views of the city and river. Staff was responsive and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fresh, interesting, and delicious. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants, the river, and other places of interest was ideal for walking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"The location was really good, close proximity to Niigata Station. The room and bathroom is your typical average size Japanese hotel room and combo bathroom. When we stayed in early March the hotel’s AC system was programmed to heater only which was too warm so we had to turn it off and keep the window cracked open for air. The area is not very noisy even at night so that was a plus. Breakfast was a highlight of this hotel and that made up for the other shortcomings. The selections were plentiful and they had food offerings that were specialties of Niigata."
