Her impression of people guzzling alcohol was incredible, and the pirouette she did with room spray was iconic. Her character gives the place character. "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."

"I recently stayed at Eden Star Hotel Zarzis and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. While the property itself has potential, the level of service was unacceptable. The interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing; there seemed to be a lack of basic professional courtesy and a complete disregard for guest concerns. Furthermore, the management appeared indifferent to resolving issues when they were raised. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made to their client relations and operational standards."
