"Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues. The room was carpets, so there was no creaking...

Starting with Checkin, when we arrived, rooms were already ready to check in took less than 3 mins for them to verify /scan IDs and give us keys to the room.
