"Great location! Airport shuttle was on time and Marco was absolutely attentive. However, room was smelly. Tv channels were limited. The carpet in the room was horrendously dirty and stained. BTW, you can tell that the pool hasn't been deeply cleaned in a while. Breakfast super limited, hash browns under cooked, etc. Lot's of other choices to consider when around the area."

"I found the lady that was checking my family in was not friendly and almost had attitude. She did not ask whether we need a parking pass, and didn’t mention anything about me being a Hilton member. I also asked about checking out early at 3:30 am and possibly getting breakfast to go. She said to check in the morning when checking out, which would obviously mean no there is no option for takeout breakfast even though we paid for it. Apart from the front desk service, the room was clean, nice and the hotel keeps to Hilton standards."

"Hotel and room clean . Beds very comfortable. Conveniently located for shopping and food , although not very near the tourist side , parks etc. Breakfast was ok, very little choice for gluten free though ."

"Booked a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed and sofa bed through Expedia, but when I checked in the hotel gave us a standard room with two beds and no separate bedroom. That’s not the same as what was advertised and definitely changed the experience, especially traveling as a couple. Front desk mentioned it was due to overbooking, but either way the room type I paid for wasn’t honored. The room itself was fine and clean, but the layout was not what we booked. Just be aware if you’re expecting a suite setup you might want to double confirm with the hotel ahead of time."

"shuttle bus service horrible. have been waited for 2 hrs to pick up. called so many times to inquire the shuttle bus arriving time and the front desk keep telling me will be there 5 to 10 mins. breakfast is great. food quality is good. fruit are fresh. staff refill food fast."

"We were stuck at the airport because our flight was canceled, I mistakenly booked this hotel, thinking I was booking the Hyatt. That’s actually in the terminal in Orlando, however, the hotel was convenient, there’s a shuttle that picked us up and brought us back in the morning and the accommodations were perfectly fine."
