"Everything about my stay was perfect. Eazy check in and check out. Held my bags. I stayed here for 7 days and can’t wait to come back. It’s a 8 min walk to the closest station. So many food options and cafe’s. Super clean room. Absolutely amazing! "

"Do not recommend if traveling alone as hotel is hidden on a very dark street which my taxi could not find so I had to walk around to find it. Also it does not appear to be a proper hotel but a small apt building converted but did not expect much considering it is a budget hotel. Room was clean but hallways were dark and did not seem clean."

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card."
