"Airport shuttle was good."

"The amenities were not available when promised. One of the robes had a stain on it before we even used it. There were two t-shirts from the previous guest under the bed when we got there. The balcony was filthy. The hotel TV channel showed an ad depicting room service (meaning food delivered to the rooms.) There's not. The building was being cleaned the day we arrived and was very loud and I couldn't hear a word the concierge said. But the location was excellent and the beds were super comfy."

"This was our second time staying here and we chose it again because the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the valley service is quick and easy, the pool is actually warm, and the rooms are spacious. Location is great and very quiet. I’m not sure if they purposely group rooms together if they have kids but it felt like our strip of rooms was all families and it was pretty loud later than I’d like (11pm and later) with older kids running and playing in the hall and such. Other than that everything was great and we’d continue to stay here in the future! "
