"Starting with day 1- elevators were not working, we were not given any instruction on how to reach the 6th (my room). We were going around the stairs looking for our floor as the stairs didn’t go above 3rd floor. After 30 mins, we met few people who figured out the way. Room wasn’t cleaned, as they were understaffed. "
