"Honestly, his hotel is due for some updates and needs to catch up on deferred maintenance. The pillows were really thin; the mattresses were a little old and divoted. The Refrigerator/Microwave cubby had a drywall patch from previous damage, and the bathtub had some previous repairs. I would also appreciate better shower heads; the one provided was small and didn't provide much coverage. I had to move from my first room because the TV would not work (Staff could not fix it), and the 2nd room had a similar problem. The staff was helpful, and they got the 2nd TV to work after discovering the problem. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The TV (old Philips PRO models) interface is not intuitive, and it seemed like the remotes I received were for an entirely different system. Not nearly as nice as newer IHG hotels I have stayed at. I would give it a C grade, and the Staff a B+."
