"I had requested a handicap room that had a wheelchair accessible shower, restroom facilities. I had to work with two different front desk attendant in order to get the accommodations. The second front desk attendant was awesome in getting the accommodations I needed for my mother. It's vital that staff understand the needs of those with special needs.
Thank you,
Jackie Cerkowniak"
"Breakfast was always cold, staff was ok, didn’t help much with WiFi, pool was down for maintenance, found at least a dozen and a half flying winged ants bed was really comfy, if the window was open you heard people yelling outside, close by town."
"The place was nice only issue was after checking in we had a lot of luggage so we asked to use the luggage cart but was told we had to wait for a bellhop that never showed up so we just drug all the luggage up in 2 loads."

"The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of options.
I called ahead and requested a roll away bed for our room since there were three of us traveling together. I was assured that it was marked on our reservation and the rollaway bed would be in the room when we arrived. That did not happen. The person at the reception desk
upgraded us to a suite with a fold out couch. That worked, but I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have anything marked on our reservation and didn’t follow through. "
"Need to start doing updating. Our room 315 has a mirror with brown marks all over it. I can't believe it's not acceptable to have an elevator, there is not ramp to the 2nd or third floor. What happens if first floors are not available. Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Donuts, toast, cereal, coffee. Bad representation of a Windom Hotel. I prepaid for my room so my credit card already went through but they charged me an $80.00 security charge because I used a credit card when my credit card was already validated. Good thing you were not that expensive. 1 ice machine in the corner of the lobby, really. Good thing I was only staying 1 night and really didn't need anything. Would never stay 2 days."
"Great staff. Great food. Even though the place was under renovation, we had a pleasant stay. We appreciate the folks that work here. They were friendly and helpful. Great little place to stay. Nice view of Pine Lake."
