"To be honest although the apartment was really nice we didn’t have hardly any knives and forks and spoons for 5 people, the fridge was filthy and the cooking equipment was old worn out and filthy. For nearly £300 for one night we expected better "

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Mini break this is the second time staying at this hotel this year, we returned as our first stay was so good. Staff are helpful friendly and extremely polite in every area. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The only thing I would change would be more options on the menu as it is the same every night apart from Sunday which is Sunday Roast which I was disappointed in chose of gaming or chicken only beef was offered at a higher price which should have been the same price no lamb or pork offered. Vegetables every evening plus Sunday is Carrots plus broccoli spears on Sundays only which I found in edible as they were hard and undercooked. They do offer one fish dish or a vegetarian option but could definitely improve on menu choices and add some green vegetables. "

"Our stay at the Wight Hotel in Sandown was absolutely brilliant. Full Monty breakfast was first class. The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble for them; so friendly and helpful. we were made to feel very welcome and soon made ourselves at home enjoying the friendly Wight atmosphere and all the services which were available. some great nights in the bar with the entertainment. The hotel is located close to all the amenities and bus stops. what more could you want for a great holiday in a great hotel. "
