"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

"I found the hotel even better then I expected. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly! A real compliment for her and I found her also very professional. The thing of her was that offcourse it is a hotel but gave a feeling like I were coming there for years already.
