"Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! "The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
