"I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa when I encountered a bedbug infestation in the hotel room. Despite reaching out to both the hotel and their customer service, I received no assistance or reimbursement for the night. "We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately.
There were goats roaming around freely and one had just given birth to their baby just before we arrived! We took a walk down through the woodland via the path right below the site. The...
