"The women at the desk are rude and unhelpful. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor. The bed just had a sheet on it. The noise from staff in the front Iof the hotel continues past 11. It starts back up at 6 am but with construction, the cleaners. There are a lot of better options in the area. "

Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! "A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "
