"Excellent location for Manchester airport. We walked there in the morning with 2 children in tow. Really spacious rooms, huge bed and great aircon which was needed! The toiletries available to use in the bathroom smelled amazing too. We didn’t eat there but had a drink from the bar and sat outside which was lovely."

"Check in was a different experience to what we have experienced previously at other hotels. The younger staff, one guy in particular used hand signals to point me to the car park after the sat nav took me to the opposite side, I felt that was extremely rude, he also did not make booking my car into the car as smoothly as it could have been, I thinks he’s in the wrong job!"

"This hotel is amazing, for me it’s almost the perfect property! The rooms are beautiful, great beds and bedding nice large bathroom. The food in the grill for both dinner and breakfast was excellent and of course the trouble taken by the bar staff to get my drink exactly as I like it was priceless! But for the overwhelming thing is the staff, in every department excellent in every way leading to a fantastic stay! This has spoilt me for other hotels. Remember this is an airport hotel, which on the whole don’t have a good rep. This place would not be out of place up against many 5star city properties! A must stay in my opinion!"
