What really stood out was the warm, attentive, and informative staff who made everything so easy and welcoming. I also absolutely loved the pool, perfect for unwinding after a day out. A comfortable experience overall!"

"Perfectly located for the Sepilok orang utan and Borneo bear sanctuaries! Also the RDC! The hotel is set in a beautiful location and is full of stunning views! The owners were very welcoming and willing to share their passionate stories about the hotel! Breakfast was good - different on both mornings. Tasty and light food to set you up for the days! Dinner was also good - nice menu catering for everyone. The rooms are clean and simple - just how they should be in a rain forest! "
