"We went down early around 7:30 am for breakfast and there was no coffee the breakfast things were gone we went to the front desk and the guy behind the desk said yeah we know when we said the re was no food or coffee we were told they ran out of everything this weekend. So I ask about us being reimbursed for our breakfast cost that it was included in our room price and he told me it was a courtesy we didn't pay for breakfast I was very upset I paid 245.00 for our room and expected breakfast too. I won't be going back to a Hilton owned property ever again they left a bad taste in my mouth paying so much and no breakfast. Plus other issues also"

"I was pretty disappointed with our stay. First, the front desk didn’t tell us where the elevators were or that you had to use your key card for the elevator. Or about the app you could use for your key card etc. We got stuck on the elevator going up and down, along with multiple other people that also weren’t told to use their card. The staff saw me unsteadily lugging up a luggage cart with huge dream duffels on it, still didn’t direct me to where the elevators were when I was going up the wrong side with this huge thing, I had to ask a guest. Room service never came to clean our room. I also had to ask about parking and using the key. Then the key card reader wasn’t even working in the parking lot. I had to ask how to get to the sky bridge. I honestly expected a lot more and we were all disappointed. "

"It was clean; I can give you that. It was noisy until the early morning both nights we were there (2-3 in the morning) because we had a room right next to the pool which was, I suppose, a huge draw. I don't know why this place gets such high ratings. "
