"Location fantastica così come il paese in cui si trova a due passi dall’Etna. Hotel bello e confortevole arredato con gusto e semplicità, camere spaziose con letto comodissimo e bagno grande e ben accessoriato. Colazione varia e abbondante servita nei giorni di sole sulla terrazza. Ottimi i ristoranti e le pizzerie nelle vicinanze. Inoltre merita una menzione lo staff attento e cordiale. Ritorneremo sicuramente."

"Toll Hotel mit netten Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber mit komfortablen Betten. Frühstück was a Little Bit small but mit qualitativen Produkte. Halbe Stunde von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Catania, Ätna and Taormina. Wir nehmen ein Sternchen weg, weil am letzen Tag früh morgen würden die Müll im Hoff des Hotels verbannt. Das ist nicht so toll für die Umwelt und auch nicht so toll für uns , dass da wohnen. Einfach eine schlechte Erfahrung in den letzten Stunden, bevor wir weg waren. Sonst alle perfekt."

"De façon globale, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et a l'écoute. Elle parle français ce qui a été pour nous un vrai plus. Le personnel est aussi très gentil. L'endroit est très sympa, avec une vue merveilleuse sur l'Etna. Un centre commercial est juste à côté, ce qui est appréciable pour dépanner. Le parking gratuit est aussi un plus. "While a bit off the beaten path, this met all our needs. The staff went so far beyond excellent service. We had a problem that needed police intervention. They sent a staff member to drive us to the police station, acted as interpreter, and then drove us to the train station. "

"A hidden gem in an interesting town a little off the traditional tourist path. Service from Iolanda was incredible, dinner in a nearby winery suggested by the hotel was excellent. Room and hotel common areas were modern and spacious. Breakfast was lovely."
