"Beautiful room in a great location! Was really easy to walk around and see everything we wanted to see. The rooftop bar was also lovely and we would definitely stay again "
"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's in great location close to ferry and in the center of everything in Rapallo. Also, breakfast is excellent. Parking is very convenient. It is family owned place with outstanding service. Julia and the whole family recommended restaurants, places to go, made our stay really enjoyable."
"Very good hotel, service. No better location, close to everything. Rooms not very big. You pay a lot for the location. Public entertainment, bands, disco, other demonstrations is immediately next door until midnight. Not quiet in the evenings. This was late August, and I cannot speak to other times of the year. The clientele are mostly of the well-to-do type. No pool, no fitness center. Public beach a short walk. Good breakfast included, some specialty items for an additional cost."
"I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Europa in Rapallo. The hotel is in terrible condition and clearly has not been properly maintained for many years. The only part that looks halfway decent is the lobby – everything else feels run-down and neglected.
The rooms are dirty and damaged, with worn-out furniture and unpleasant odors. The bathrooms have mold and show serious signs of decay. It’s obvious that nothing has been renovated in a long time.
To make matters worse, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone for the stay. Instead of a welcoming attitude, I felt dismissed and ignored.
Noise is also a major problem – it’s very loud at night, making it difficult to rest.
Overall, this hotel is in tragic technical and hygienic condition. I cannot recommend it to anyone, and I strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodation in Rapallo."
"Wow wow wow!! Truly wonderful apartment with outstanding hosts and amazing views. We had a fantastic time here!
The accommodation was perfect, exactly like the photos. The view was even better in real life. The town was wonderful, lots of delicious places to eat. We were met at the apartment by Nicolo and he was very helpful and friendly.
Plenty for families to do. We took a boat trip to Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, the train to Sestri Levante and the train to Cinque Terre.
Gabi was very friendly and her suggestions and recommendations made our trip even better. She kindly recommended some of her favourite places to eat and they were perfect for our family. She was incredibly helpful.
Our only regret was that we should have booked a longer stay. We must come back soon!!!
Unfortunately we booked out trip in August and the weather was simply too hot 34-38 degrees. There were plenty of fans in the apartment but it was very very hot during the evenings and we struggled to few comfortable in these temperatures. "
